Four roller crusher is widely used for crushing sintering coal, coke powder and other fuel. It is also used for crushing limestone, marl, chalk, brick, slag, chamotte, feldspar, coke, and  for glasses recycling.

Four Roller Crusher Work Principle

Four roller crusher is fixed with four high-strength wear-resistant alloy grinding rollers. Their relative rotation makes high extrusion pressure and shear force for crushing the material. Firstly the material is entered into the space between the top two rollers. Here, it is extruded, rolled and sheared (rough broken) because of the rotation of the top two rollers. Then, it is secondly extruded and gnawingly milled (fine crushing) by the bottom two rollers which are relatively rotating. Finally,the material becomes the required size, sent by the transport equipment.
